The color palettes, the fresh peonies, viburnum and ranunculus, the romantic and "new beginnings” in the air.
Spring weddings completely differ from Fall weddings — in our world at least!
Below are three ways you can tie this beautiful season into your wedding:
Your Color Scheme
During this season, it is so lovely when couples bring in the light and airy colors, such as soft pinks, pale blues and grays. Whites and greens are also a classic go-to Spring wedding color palette as well, which we happen to be huge fans of. However, if you do have more of a vivacious spirit, throw some hot pink or coral in there! This is the best time of year for a coral charm peony, after all.
There are few things better than a leafy green salad salad drenched in a lovely lemon vinaigrette paired with some lemonade on a warm Spring day. Spring weddings are the perfect invitation for Al Fresco dining! Roasted meats with heirloom vegetables are the perfect touch. Add some various sized candles and string lights, and you’ve got a romantic wedding reception at your finger tips.
Fashion is so fun in the Spring! Your bridesmaids can wear vibrant colors with flowers in their hair and no one can say anything to them! For the gentlemen, consider light grey or tan suits while “tying” (pun intended) a floral tie or bowtie for the groomsmen. You can also have your groom and groomsmen wear multiple colors, like the photo below. Classic meets southern charm!
