Customer Service is our Priority
Communication is paramount to good customer service. At Geny’s, it starts with taking your order and giving you honest answers about availability and cost of the items that you seek. Then it continues with keeping you apprised of any changes or problems that may arise so there are no surprises when you receive your order.
Once we have your order, we go to work sourcing the highest quality roses and other flowers on the market. These items come to us via a continuous cold chain form of transportation, assuring as much freshness as possible. When flowers arrive at our facility, each item is inspected and properly processed in clean buckets with fortified water to ensure complete and appropriate hydration is attained. Then they are promptly stored in clean, temperature monitored coolers.
While your flowers are in our care, we oversee opening of lilies, alstromeria, glads, etc., so they are at their peak of beauty in time for your event. You can rest assured that every order carries the same importance.
Placing Your Order for Fresh Flowers in Bulk
If you desire to place a special order for a wedding or special event, those orders should be placed at lease two weeks in advance. For instance if your event is on Saturday, July 26, 2015, your order should be placed with us no later than Friday, July 11, 2015.
Flowers are processed and ready for you to pick up as early as Thursday mornings at 7:00 a.m.
A completed credit card authorization form is required for placement of order. Click here for credit card authorization. This form must be completed and faxed back to us before order is considered complete.
$75.00 fee, refundable with purchase
Often times, people need help figuring out what to order. You may have a photo of what you want to do, but not sure what or how much you will need. At Geny’s, we have a knowledgeable design staff that is available to help you figure it out. Simply make an appointment for a floral consultation with one of our designers. Just bring any photos you may have, a container you want to use and how much you want to spend and they will walk you through the process.
This fee is refundable toward your flower purchase when you pick up your order.
A credit card is required to confirm order. Once your order has been placed with the farms and on it’s way, you are responsible for payment, failure to pickup your order will result in us running your credit card on file for the amount of your order.

**All special orders are to be placed 2 weeks in advance of date required.
Failure to place order 2 weeks prior to date required may result in our not being able to get flowers you require or you may incur additional charges for express shipping.
